The Village Council would typically gather at 7:30pm on the second Monday of each month in the Transept of St Luke's Church, Whyteleafe Hill, CR3 0AA. St Luke's is at the bottom of Whyteleafe Hill at the corner of Church Road and opposite the junction with Hornchurch Hill. However, due to the Coronavirus outbreak future meetings will be held 'remotely' now that new Regulations have been issued by the government.

Members of the public and the Press are very welcome to attend - contact the Clerk for details. There is a 15 minute period before the start of the Council's formal meeting where members of the public can raise questions and comments relating to Whyteleafe.

If you feel that there is a topic that the Council should consider at one of its meetings you should firstly contact one of the village Councillors or the Clerk so that the points you wish to raise can be considered.

The dates of Council meetings, for the next few months, are subject to change due to the coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/covid-19-guidance-on-social-distancing-and-for-vulnerable-people
