The Village Council typically gathers at 7:30pm on the second Monday of each month in the Transept of St Luke's Church, Whyteleafe Hill, CR3 0AA. St Luke's is at the bottom of Whyteleafe Hill at the corner of Church Road and opposite the junction with Hornchurch Hill.
Members of the public and the Press are very welcome to attend. There is a 15 minute period before the start of the Council's formal meeting where members of the public can raise questions and comments relating to Whyteleafe village.
If you feel that there is a topic that the Council should consider at one of its meetings you should firstly contact one of the village Councillors, or the Clerk, before the end of the month. This will allow us sufficient time to consider the topic and, possibly, add it to the agenda for the Council's next meeting.
The Council's meetings for the next few months have been scheduled for the following dates:
- 10 April 2017
- 8 May 2017
- 12 June 2017
